EQAO Practice for Grade 9 Math

eqao screenshot (3)

GafeHelp.ca would like to introduce a new resource for grade 9 math students (and teachers).

We have taken the multiple choice questions from previous EQAO booklets to create questions sets for students to practice in a digital way, on a laptop, tablet or smartphone.

The goal for GafeHelp is to add more booklets from previous years broken into four parts. The short assessments also provides students a summary at the end of each section of how they did, as well as the option to retry as well.

More questions will be added in the next few weeks.

Set expiration dates for access to Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides files

This is something that we’ve been waiting to see, and it’s now here.

Google Apps is introducing the ability to set an “expiration date” for specific user access to files in Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides. This can be done by accessing the advanced sharing settings, where a new button will appear beside users that you have shared your file with who have either edit or comment rights only (this function is not available for viewers).

For more information, visit the official Google Apps update.

Navigate documents quickly and easily with the outline tool in Google Docs

It can be difficult, not to mention time-consuming, to navigate lengthy, complex documents. To make that process easier, today we’re launching an outline tool in Google Docs on the web and Android. Displayed in a pane to the left of the page, this outline features headers for each section of your document, making it simple to quickly jump from section to section.
